Villa Buko Bukovel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is simply breathtaking, nestled on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding slopes. It truly felt like a winter wonderland. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their knowledge of English made communication effortless. Moreover, the rooms were immaculate - well maintained and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable beds to the basic amenities provided. Lastly, the breakfast and dinner included in the stay were absolutely delicious. The variety of options ensured a satisfying start and end to each day.

The nearby restaurant Grybova Hata offers great food within walking distance, and I received a complimentary upgrade during my stay, which I really enjoyed as it's conveniently close to the airport.

What a wonderful romantic escape! We enjoyed the amazing mountain view from our room window, while comfortably lying on the enormous and cozy bed. The breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, and were delicious! We were surprised to find out that breakfast was complimentary. The location was perfect, only a few minutes’ walk away from all the places we wanted to visit. It was also very quiet, which added to the romantic atmosphere.

The only negative aspect was the steep hill leading up to the hotel, which made it difficult to walk up. We had to take a taxi a few times to avoid the climb. But overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

We appreciated the fact that the hotel offers a "late check-out" option, which helped us to enjoy an extra moment in the mountains. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. One of the best things was the location, just a few minutes walk to all the main attractions and restaurants.

The lighting in our room and bathroom was a bit poor, and the wardrobe was broken, which made our stay a bit inconvenient. However, this was minimal compared to all the advantages that we enjoyed during our stay.
